Hello, my name is Hannah Israel, and I am in the process of launching a nonprofit organization to open a licensed group home for children through the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS). Before OhioMHAS issues a license, they require that an agency has a qualified team in place, which includes at least a licensed social worker and a nurse (LPN or higher). I am seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a difference in children’s lives to join our founding team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a mission-driven nonprofit from the ground up. Your role would begin before licensure so that we can meet state requirements, and once licensed, you would officially step into your position with full responsibilities.
